i.Bridal preparation
Months go into planning your outfit, jewellery and make-up, so these are some of the most treasured images of the day. Once your make-up is done, we move straight on to the next moment.
Tip Share the schedule with your make-up artist in advance.
ii.Groom preparation
Simpler than the bridal shots, but just as important. Whether it is a suit or a sherwani, have your outfit and accessories ready so we can capture every detail.
Tip Use the most spacious room available.
iii.Car arrivals
Arriving with a fleet of cars? We capture the convoy on the quiet, open stretch of road just before The Excellency — and can even follow alongside on a buggy.
Tip Nominate someone to call us before the convoy arrives.
iv.The lobby
As guests arrive among the canopies, fruit and fresh pastries, our photographer and videographer capture the atmosphere — with a studio light on the red carpet and no limit on photos.
Tip Ask a family member to point out key relatives.
v.Entrances
For the baraat, our camera operator walks ahead, guiding the groom on when to walk and when to pause. The bride's entrance is kept separate so she is the sole focus.
Tip Family entrances come before or after — never with the bride.
vi.Cake cutting
We recommend cutting the cake straight after the entrances, while every guest is seated in the main hall.
Tip After food, guests wander — so don't leave it late.
vii.Couple shoot
It takes around 25 minutes, and we shoot wherever you have decided in your wedding plan.
Tip Stick to the time planned for your shoot — moving it on the day squeezes everything after.
viii.Stage photos
This is where organisation counts. We photograph one family at a time and signal when each group is done, keeping the stage calm and the staircase clear.
Tip Over 500 guests? Have a family member manage the stage with a list of names.
ix.Rukhsati
An emotional moment we never interrupt. With family lining either side of the red carpet, the bride can say her goodbyes as she walks through — and we walk ahead to capture it all.
Tip A clear red carpet means clear shots.
